TTD has started to give the Abhishekam tickets for devotees recently. Current and advance booking is not yet finalized but only Lucky dip is available one day before. In this article devotees will find the information which is very useful to know about Tiruamal Poorabhishekam. Before participating in the seva each devotee was offered a special silver vessel or kalasam which consist of Chandan grounded into fine paste. The same paste will be mixed in water to form a scented thirtam of offer for lord venkateswara.

Abhishekam was one of the sacred ritual which involves sacred bathing of God idol completely. In Tirumala Lord Venkateswara Swamy idol was also performed the same seva on every friday. Poorabhishkeam seva consits of three types. Musk Vessel, Civet Vessel and Silver Vessel. These three types of arjitha seva combines to be called Poorabhishekam.

Duration of poorabhishekam seva is 50 to 60 minutes. During this time, Devotees can see the lord bathed in Turmeric water, Scented water and milk. More than 50 vessels are offered for this sacred ritual. During this time, Archaka swamis will recite the greatness of Lord Venkateswara Swamy with Purushasuktham. Then Sri Lakshmi devi idol which was embedded in chest of Lord Venkateswara Swamy will also be done the Abhishekam seva.

Seva Performance Day : Friday.

Duration of seva: 90 Minutes.

Dress code: Ethnic wear which was proposed by TTD.

Cost of each ticket: 750 rupees.

Prasadam Offered: One Big Laddu, One Big Vada.

Darshan Duration: 45 Minutes.

Steps to book Tirumala Abhishekam Tickets Online, Lucky Dip at CRO Tirumala:

At present there is no advanced reservation or Online booking for Poorabhishekam seva in Tirumala. They only offer One day Advance Lucky Dip on every Thursday. Devotees must visit the CRO Vijaya bank counter by 100: am.

The counter will accept devotees biometirc and photo identity along with the Phone number linked to single unique ID number. The selection list is declared after 6:30 PM in evening. Each selected token is sent an SMS alert about their selection status. Devotees must get to vijayabank counter in time to confirm their ticket.
